About My Art

I am a mixed media artist working with acrylic, ink and oil paints to create expressive, layered artworks that celebrate character, atmosphere and emotion. My paintings are crafted on a variety of surfaces – from canvas and canvas on board to wood panels and art board – each chosen to enhance the texture and depth of the final piece.

Creativity and Resilience

Alongside my artistic practice, I live with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). While it presents challenges, it has also shaped the way I approach creativity – encouraging me to slow down, observe more deeply and find resilience in expression. Painting is both my passion and my way of celebrating the beauty and the energy of life, even in the face of limitations. Each artwork reflects not only my subjects but also the strength and joy I find in creating.
